GLENDALE, AZ - Three people were killed and another person was injured after a collision involving a wrong-way driver in Glendale Sunday morning, KTAR reports.
The accident took place at about 2:30 a.m. as a driver was traveling south in the northbound lanes of Loop 101 near Camelback Road.
The wrong-way driver collided head-on with a northbound vehicle, killing both drivers and a female passenger in the struck vehicle. A fourth person in the crash sustained minor injuries as a result.
The identities of those involved are being withheld pending further investigation.
