Driver Hurt After Crash with Parked Car in Yuma

Stock image of a vehicle in a parking spotYUMA, AZ – A man was seriously hurt after crashing his vehicle into a parked car in northwest Yuma on Wednesday night, KYMA reports.

Police say the unidentified 23-year-old driver crashed his 2008 Ford Mustang into a 2007 GMC Yukon within the 1600 block of West 1st Street.

The man was rushed to Yuma Regional Medical Center in serious condition. No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.

Speed and intoxication are believed to have played a role in the accident.
