MESA, AZ - A driver was injured after colliding with a DPS vehicle that was blocking the scene of a prior rollover collision on US-60 early Monday morning.
According to CBS 5, the accident occurred at about 5:20 a.m. as the trooper’s vehicle was blocking the S Power Road off-ramp while investigating the earlier crash.
Video from the scene shows a vehicle slamming into the rear of the DPS vehicle, causing a second rollover crash.
It is unclear if a trooper was in the vehicle at the time of the crash. However, the driver responsible for the second crash sustained minor injuries as a result.
