SAHUARITA, AZ - Troopers with the Arizona Highway Patrol have identified the victim of a fatal collision that took place on I-10 early Monday morning.
According to the Sahuarita Sun, the single-vehicle happened just after 1 a.m. along I-10 east of the I-19 interchange.
Investigators believe 53-year-old Spencer Pepper was traveling west when his Toyota Camry drifted off the roadway and collided with a utility pole near milepost 262. He sustained fatal injuries as a result.
There were no other passengers in the vehicle and no other injuries reported as a result of the crash.
