PHOENIX, AZ – An 18-year-old man died Saturday morning following a head-on collision in northeast Phoenix, CBS 5 reports.
Police say Jacob Marino was heading north on 43rd Avenue when he lost control of his sedan and veered into the oncoming lane near Missouri Avenue. The sedan then collided head-on with a southbound pickup truck.
Moreno was pronounced dead at the scene. The pickup’s two male occupants were unhurt.
Investigators are working to establish an official cause of the crash at this time.
