TEMPE, AZ – Commuters in southeast Tempe were faced with delays resulting from a collision on Loop 101 early Friday morning.
According to a tweet by the Arizona Department of Transportation (DOT), the crash was reported at about 7:17 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway, near the exit to Broadway Road.

The circumstances leading up to the collision are not yet clear, however, at least one lane was closed for nearly an hour. Traffic lanes reopened at about 8:12 a.m.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
