MESA, AZ – A collision slowed eastbound traffic on Loop 202 near Recker Road early Friday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The incident was said to be blocking the right eastbound lane of the highway at 4:40 a.m. It was cleared about 15 minutes later.
