MESA, AZ – A driver crashed into a group of three children in a Mesa neighborhood on Tuesday morning, sending one of them to the hospital.
According to a report by CBS 5, the collision happened in the area of Signal Butte Road and Southern Avenue at about 8:30 a.m.
Two children were assessed for injuries and released to their parents. However, one child was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
It is still unclear at this time whether the driver will face any criminal charges.
