PHOENIX, AZ - Officials with the Arizona Department of Transportation were forced to shut down a portion of Loop 202 following a Monday afternoon crash involving a cement mixer.
According to KTAR, the incident occurred at about noon in the westbound lanes of the South Mountain Freeway, just west of I-10.
