Bicyclist Hit, Killed in North Tucson Crash

Bicycle laneTUCSON, AZ – A bicyclist was fatally struck while riding near a busy north Tucson intersection on Sunday afternoon.

According to a report by KGUN, the unidentified cyclist was hit by a Fiat 500 at about 1:05 p.m. after crossing multiple southbound lanes of Oracle Road near Rillito Street.

Police believe the Fiat’s driver was unable to avoid the collision. No charges or citations have been filed against the driver at this time.
