An adult female passenger died Sunday evening, Sept. 6 after being involved in a rollover crash in the Salt River bottom, according to reports. Two other people involved in the accident sustained very minor injuries.
The three were in a Polaris Razor in the river bottom near 67th Avenue and Southern Avenue when the vehicle rolled over in uneven terrain at approximately 10:30 p.m. The woman’s name has not been released.
All-terrain vehicles, or ATVs, are dangerous. Unfortunately, each year, many people in Phoenix and throughout the state are injured or killed in ATV crashes. If you or a loved one has been involved in an Arizona off-roading accident due to no fault of your own, you may be eligible for financial compensation.
Contact one of our Phoenix personal injury lawyers at Phillips Law Group to learn whether you may be able to pursue an ATV lawsuit. We offer a free initial consultation to get answers to your questions and discuss your legal options.
