Arizona beef lovers must be careful before taking their next bite. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued a recall on beef products in Arizona a few days ago. This beef has tested positive for E. coli and should not be consumed.

The beef comes from the company XL Foods Inc. Any beef products on August 24, 27, 28, 29, and September 5 may have E. coli contamination. Arizona residents would have bought this product at Sam’s Club, the only store which sells XL Foods Inc. products.

Sam’s Club has taken the beef off of the shelves; however, beef product was sold prior to the removal. If beef product was brought from Sam’s Club recently, purchasers are asked to return the item for a full refund.

If you believe that you may have consumed a contaminated product, you may be entitled to compensation. Contact Phillips Law Group today to learn more!
