In Neil's words "Injured victims need a modern day gladiator in a suit to stand up for them to secure justice". Neil champions the injured victims and vigorously prosecutes their claims to an effective and speedy resolution.
Neil started his legal career atthe City of Tucson Attorney's office, completing numerous jury trials, writing appeals in the legal research and writing division and teaching at the legal section on impaired driving for the Tucson Police Department. Neil then took that experience and applied it in private practice defending the accused. In 2005 Neil became partner at his private practice firm and applied his aggressive defense tactics to the representation of those who through no fault of their own had been injured at the hand of another. Quickly Neil learned that the insurance industry's standard practice appeared to be deny, delay and defend claims rather than timely and properly compensate those who had been injured andrightly deserved it.
Neil seeks victory for everyone of his clients and in every one of his cases. For Neil, "Securing Real Justice for Real People" is not just asaying. "I believe that injured victims deserve to be properly compensated". Neil considers himself fortunate to be at Phillips Law Group where he gets to be a modern day "gladiator in a suit" every day.

George Sarkisov was born in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. His family moved to Moscow during the escalating ethnic conflicts in Soviet Central Asia, during the 1980’s. With his family, he immigrated to the United States in 1991. He attended Sacred Heart Preparatory, in Atherton, California. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2002 from Arizona State University, and subsequently received his law degree from Arizona State University in 2005. While in law school, he was the Director of the Homeless Legal Assistance Project, serving the legal needs of the homeless community in Phoenix, Arizona. His efforts were recognized with the Student Fellow Award upon graduation. George Sarkisov is one of the few native Russian speaking attorneys in Maricopa County and Arizona.
For many, protecting their rights alone in a new country, through a foreign legal system, and at times against powerful adversaries, can be an impossible task. That’s why a strong knowledge of the system, and quality legal representation, are indispensible. George Sarkisov relies on his own connections to the legal community, to direct those seeking legal representation outside his areas of practice, to knowledgeable attorneys in those fields. In this role as a liaison between Russian speaking people and the legal community, George hopes to provide guidance and understanding to Russian speaking consumers in retaining a lawyer.
Upon admission to the Arizona State Bar, George began his practice in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and insurance. As an immigrant himself, George Sarkisov has a deep appreciation of the rule of law, and a particular understanding of the special needs of those who are new to this country. Because of that, George makes time to advise Russian speaking individuals from all regions of Eastern Europe on legal issues that concern them. These include topics such as how the various coverages under automobile insurance work, how health insurance works, and other issues.
George joined Phillips Law Group to lead the expansion of the firm’s workers’ compensation department and continue its tradition of providing quality legal services to the victims of personal injury, including those injured on the job. He is dedicated to securing immediate medical and wage loss benefits for the injured workers, without regard to who was at fault for their injuries.
George Sarkisov is a Board Member of the Homeless Legal Assistance Project, providing guidance and mentoring to law students, and assistance at homeless shelters in the valley.
He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association (AZTLA), and Arizona Assocation of Lawyers for Injured Workers (AALIW).
