Neil Clark
In Neil’s words “The injured victim needs a modern day gladiator in a suit to stand up for them and secure justice”. Neil champions the injured victim and vigorously prosecutes their claim to an effective and speedy resolution.
Neil started his legal career atthe City of Tucson Attorney’s office, completing numerous jury trials, writing appeals in the legal research and writing division and teaching at the legal section on impaired driving for the Tucson Police Department. Neil then took that experience and applied it in private practice defending the accused. In 2005 Neil became partner at his private practice firm and applied his aggressive defense tactics to the representation of those who through no fault of their own had been injured at the hand of another. Quickly Neil learned that the insurance industry’s standard practice appeared to be deny, delay and defend claims rather than timely and properly compensate those who had been injured andrightly deserved it.
Neil seeks victory for everyone of his clients and in every one of his cases. For Neil, “Securing Real Justice for Real People” is not just asaying. “I believe that injured victims deserve to be properly compensated”. Neil considers himself fortunate to be at Phillips Law Group where he gets to be a modern day “gladiator in a suit” every day.
