Another Bullhead City Teacher Killed in Arizona Car Accident

Bullhead City is a small community that's known for being tightly knit. That's why when tragedy strikes, the entire town seems to come together to mourn. Sadly, it appears that tragedy has struck again as yet another teacher who worked in the city was killed in an Arizona car accident. This marks the third time in three years that a teacher from the city has been killed in this manner, and police are continuing to investigate the situation. To date, no arrests have been made or citations issued.

According to authorities, this fatal Arizona car accident occurred on Friday night just before 7:15 p.m. 59-year-old Jill Doty was riding in a vehicle with her 61-year-old husband Ronald in an eastbound direction on State Route 68. As they neared the Off Road Diner, which is located at 120 South Emery Park Road in Golden Valley, their vehicle was rear-ended by 83-year-old Irving Poissant, a resident of Wikieup. As a result of the collision, the Doty vehicle ran off the right side of the road, and Jill Doty was declared dead at the scene.
